L&R offers a streamlined process to digitise your documents. Our secure branded vehicles collect your files, ensuring their safe transportation to our secure facility. Once there, our expert team carefully prepares the documents, removing any bindings or staples. We then use scanning technology to convert them into digital files according to your specifications. With OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality, your documents become searchable, allowing you to easily find specific pages or keywords.

The scanned images are returned to you either on an external hard disc drive, USB or hosted on our secure online portal. Once all the paperwork is scanned, we can either store it in our secure facility or arrange for the paperwork to be confidentially destroyed
