Our production capacity is minimum 200 to 250 Mtons per week. Our sourcing area is in south Zone and south east zone in India. We take the fibre from the sourcing are and we under goes the fibre into the grading process. In the process the fibre will separate from the husk,soil, dust and other than foreign materials. At the time of the grading process the fibre will free from the moisture and the moisture level is below 5 to 10%. After that the fibre will be under go the bailing of 110 to 150 kgs weight. The bale is strapped with plastic strap.

Quality : High quality Decorticated

Moisture content % by mass 15% Max.

Total Impurity % by mass 3 to 5%

Long Fiber content length above 150 MM 25 to 30%

Medium Fiber content Length 100MM to 150MM 25 to 30%

Short fiber content Length 50-100MM 20 to 25%

Bit and baby Fiber up to and including 50MM 10 to 15%
