Mad spices is a collect and exportation of agricultural produce and spices of Madagascar , well-known and good quality.

In 2004 a taste contest if 2 dishes based on green pepper many countries like India, Vietnam, Brazil and Madagascar took part in it after the technical evaluation, the green pepper exported by Mad Spices won the class price concerning the quality and savor (taste).
