At Maplehofe, we pride ourselves on our committment to quality. The milk we sell is processed and bottled three days a week in our on-site processing plant. We bottle whole, 2%, skim, buttermilk, creamline, cream, chocolate, orange cream, strawberry and vanilla milks. Also, we bottle a variety of drinks. The milk comes from our cows which are fed high quality feed, with no growth hormones, BSTs or antibiotics used in the raising of our cows. Also, in the store, we offer 40 flavors of hand-dipped Leiby's ice cream to be served in bowls, cake cones, sugar cones, pretzel cones, cookie cones or one of our home-made waffle cones. We feature baked goods from local vendors and commo grocery items in a local, hometown setting.
