Mark2 Training Limited was established to deliver not just training for staff, but to offer high quality, engaging and interactive training that will develop exceptional teams of the future in turn, increasing effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. We do not believe in ‘Chalk & Talk’ training, reading from the text book or death by PowerPoint; we believe that for training to really have a successful outcome and a lasting effect, all delegates must be involved as much as possible, not just talked at.

All of our development courses are delivered with a keen focus on human psychology and ‘how human beings interact with others’. This does not mean we try to psycho-analyse delegates, it means we go back to basics in a fun way and part with valuable knowledge, awakening people to the skills and tools that they already possess without knowing that they do.

We also offer on-going support to all of our clients after the training has finished, whether that be via, email, telephone or face to face; it is important to us that our clients are supported in putting their new found skills to work. Each course is tailored to suit the client as we care about what you do, as a company, within departments, all the way through to the individuals.
