Specialising in Survey and valuation of residential property, we offer Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. We have developed a Building Survey with either a technical or a summarising approach. The summarising report gives our clients the reassurance of a comprehensive inspection with a report which is written in a user-friendly 'plain English' style highlighting the key facts.

We are increasingly involved in commercial survey and valuation work, including rent reviews, schedules of dilapidation and condition reports for both landlords and tenants.
