We have deployed latest robotic machines advanced CNC machines having sliding head Swiss technology to achieve high degree of precision in our implants. We also have a special profile cutting machine to cut intrinsic anatomical shapes.

We source our medical grade Stainless steel and Titanium raw material from the metal industries reputed international players. All the incoming raw material passes through stringent lab analysis as per International standards of medical devices. Our manufacturing facility has been granted Indian drug license and all our products are approved by European Council (CE regulatory body) for sternly following Class II B medical device (which includes Orthopedic Implants) quality standards.
