Mirabella Beauty was founded by Christy Thurston in Salt Lake City, UT. As a long time cosmetic industry executive, she wanted a high end cosmetic line for her salon. But there wasn't one. So she started her own.

As she developed a prestige brand, she knew it couldn't be limited to her salon. So she sought a salon distributor. John Maly, the owner of Maly's was searching for exactly what Christy had for his 20,000 salon customers.

Within a couple of years, the business took off. John and Christy became partners so the line could be expanded nationally.

Mirabella is now in the finest professional only beauty supplies and has salons throughout the country.

Expansion to spas is beginning now with Universal Companies. And international distributors are being selected as well.
