The Molino de Zafra mill is an expert in extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar. Moorish olive crops are totally organic and made them leaders in the sector, conducting a thorough quality control in developing its oil. Its R & D has developed a product called "Aceiterol", an oil with tomato antioxidant components.
