Since acquiring education in the graphic arts early in life, I've seen the industry of book making go from film-based flats to computer-to-press, and now again to eBooks on iPads and Kindles. Meanwhile, the internet has been gradually digitizing the way we market, research and communicate at large. In an ever shifting landscape of technological change, it's truly a remarkable and challenging time to take up the mantle of designer-a term that means a lot these days.

Meeting those challenges have their rewards, however. I take pride in staying on the edge of the methods and techniques used in visual communication today, but good design isn't just about flashy graphics; technique and structure is vitally important for both printed and online media.

I have produced over 2,500 book covers and generated numerous web graphics.
