The vast majority of our work is obtained through recommendations and repeat business from previous and regular clients.

All of our formal Planning and Building Regulation drawings are produced via a Computer Aided Drawing package, specifically designed for producing Architectural Drawings.

M P Foad Ltd strongly believe in the "Building Design Team". This includes everybody involved along the process of designing the proposed building through to and including the construction of the finished building.

As well as ourselves and the Client, the Building Design Team can typically include any or all of the following:

Local Authority Planning Officers

Local Authority Conservation Officers

Parish Council members

Local Authority Building Control Officers

Structural Engineer

Contractors.

We also work closely with a number of speciailists so we can bring together expertise from various fields such as Structural Engineering, Flood Risk Assessments, Code 4 Assessmenets for Sustainanble Homes and Soil Contamination Surveys.
