MSI has provided software for municipal and county use since 1991. We offer a variety of products for issuing and tracking parking, local ordinance and building code violation citations. The software can be utilized for agencies that wish to issue and track tickets, as well as manage their own hearing process. All required documents (notices, summons and subpoenas) can be automatically generated from the software. A live docket is available for subject check-in and the final disposition can be updated at the conclusion of each case. MSI currently serves over 65 clients. In addition to the ticket and court management software, MSI is the Midwest reseller for AccuFund government accounting and utility billing software.
