1. COMPANY A: Muthinga Mining Co. Ltd will transfer 70% of its shares which have be agreed upon the board of directors and the company will obtain 30% of the share

There are two options for both parties to join venture.

(a) Company B can come and join hands with Company A and form a new Company locally for it to fill secured.

(b) Both Parties can also join venture under an agreement satisfied by a lawyer

2. COMPANY A: has variety of different rare minerals Industrial and precious which have value in global market

TANZANIA.

1. COMPANY A. SHAB MINERALS will transfer 55% of its shares which have be agreed upon the board of directors and the company will obtain 45% of the share
