The organization provides animal rescue, evacuation and disaster response services to shelters, communities and municipalities as well as State and Federal Authorities. It offers certified disaster response training to a national base of volunteers as well as consulting services to sanctioned Offices of Emergency Planning and Management.

Additionally, the organization is active in the implementation of No-Kill principals and procedures for Municipal Shelters, Humane Organizations and communities and offers No-Kill training and sponsors area seminars in cooperation with the No Kill Advocacy Center.
