Aramid textile/ Carbon textile/ etc.

Production and Accuracy

We make process design based on our customers' sketches, process proper cutters and all materials for die base such as plywood, acryl panel and so on by our original know how and technology.

We carefully manufacture precision die cut by collaboration of up-date advanced equipment and professional skill under our understanding to material property.

As for product accuracy, tolerance of the bevels is capable for less 50micron and the corner (R) for min.0.2mm. Also, large-sized optical film as base size 150/150cm can be done.

We acquired certificate for ISO 9001 in 2008.

We strictly check product quality by national standard apparatuses (Untouched

3D Vision, AO size scanner) based on ISO 9001 and provide only good products to our customers.
