Nanjing Jinling Opta Polymer Co., Ltd. (NJOP) is a joint venture run by SINOPEC and Finland Optatech Corporation, specializing in the RD and production of thermoplastic elastomer.

Established in 2001, NJOP introduced the worldwide leading solid-state polymerization (ssp) and dynamic vulcanization technology, and developed the world's broadest and most diverse line of TPE/TPV/TPO material led by Pacrel brand. The products have been widely used in automotive industry, construction, wires cables, electronics by customers at home and abroad.

The factory of NJOP is located in Nanjing, and the annual capacity reaches 5,000 tons.
