This type of reusable tableware replaces disposable packaging and reduces the ecological impact of air travel.

The rotatable airline casserole is designed to withstand a hundred cycles of filling, shipping, eating, cleaning, and storing. Four casseroles fit in the standard ovenable trays and are suitably placed on a serving tray after heating and then serving to passengers.
