Neil Clarke started his career in London in 1981. In 1986 he was appointed senior surveyor in the residential department of Prudential Property Services in Peterborough. He formed Neil Clarke and Associates in 1990 and has undertaken survey and valuation work for most of the major banks and building societies. Surveys have been undertaken on a range of property types from studio flats to mansions.
