Neptunus Power Plant Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1996 and we specialize in engine repairs and services. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and the sole authorized distributors for Niigata Power Systems, Japan and Electro Motive Diesel, USA.

We are located in the industrial township of Navi Mumbai. Our modern workshop can cater to any requirement to rebuild any diesel and gas engines up to 1 MW. Bigger engines are repaired by us on site.

Our machine shop with a CNC turning centre, conventional lathe, surface grinding and milling, cylindrical grinding machines supports our service activities.

We have a track record of over 15 years in rebuilding Caterpillar engines. We have an extensive technical database and normally a serial number from the customer suffices to extract all the relevant engine details.

We also exclusively represent Auramarine, Finland for sale and services of their Fuel Booster Units and Clean Ballast Systems; MT Sealing Technology, Switzerland for non metallic stuffing Boxes for large 2 stroke engines and SIT, Germany for their Fuel Conditioning Systems.
