In 1996, IFI (Integrated Fuel Industries and Accolade Consulting joined forces to bring an elite package of trading and engineering consulting services to the European and Middle Eastern markets. In 2003, both companies were bought out by East and West Trading and JZ Consulting, working closely together in various fields and engineering services.

In 2006, these companies officially joined forces to create NSK Global, a fully integrated trading and engineering group that provides a wide range of goods and services to industries worldwide.
