OCI is most often called upon to examine and evaluate functions and processes within the client facilities. OCI is engaged to develop accurate and reliable Baseline Measures of performance, to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement/re-engineering, to recommend design, and to integrate innovative, cost effective and efficient alternative methods that are proven to increase client performance, enhance product quality, better utilize existing space and equipment, and/or reduce overall operating costs. The scope of project work varies according to client need.
