Fiber Optic Pigtail Splicing

1. Mechanical connection

After peeling, cutting, and cleaning the laid optical fibers and pigtails, insert them into the matching tray to align, cut, and lock them.

2. Splicing

Use a wire stripper to remove the outer skin of the laid optical fibers and fibers, clean and wipe the bare fibers with an alcohol cotton, cut the optical fibers with an optical fiber cutter, and melt them together with a welding tool under the protection of a welding disk.

Optical fibers are routed in pairs. Bend the optical fibers into a circle and bind them properly.

The ports on both ends of the optical fiber must be the same as those on the peer end.
