History and Global Role

OVMINAS Corporation, a mineral resources company and proprietor of a Titanium mine has recently extended its position as a Manufacturing, Mining and Trading company. The company was founded by the President of the company Dr. Oscar Valencia at the dawn of the millennium, in the year 2000. Dr. Valencia overseas the Colombian as well as the U.S. operations.

The Corporate Office is based in Bogota., Colombia, efficiently equipped with an excellent team of professionals, under the directive of Dr. Otoniel Gonzalez. Under his command there are two Counselors at Law and four other executives.

Dr. Valencia, a visionary, highly accredited in the Mining Industry and with over twenty years of experience, attended the University of NY and later graduated from CMA in New York in 1987 with a bachelors in International

Business and Business Administration.

As a significant player in the world of trading and holding an important position in the Mining arena, the offices in Connecticut, New York and Miami were established and are currently directed by Dr. Luis Carlos Aviles, Vice President of the company.

OVMINAS is a member of a Private Mining Consortium with over 30 private mines. The mines are located in Mitu, Capital of the Department of Vaupes, in the orient of Colombia near the Amazonian Region. In particular the Titanium mine, of approximately 900,000 acres, holds in reserve billions of metric tons of Titanium Sands.

The mining consortium holds in total a wide arrangement of rare minerals and precious stones, and with an unlimited supply of pure and unique products. This places the Mines in a unique position able to supply and satisfy the growing demand for some of these minerals, such as Coke and Thermal Coal.

Manufacturing and Mining are the primary roles for OVMINAS, however,

trading, expands its role as a supplier of precious commodities such as

Iron Ore, Soy Bean and many more.

The richness of the land and its unique location provides a unique opportunity. Currently many of these mines remain virgin and

unexploited presenting an unimaginable venture for serious and qualified investors that would daringly envision the developing of these

virgin mines and transform them into mature, fructiferous and proliferant

ones.

OVMINAS - Projected Vision

The projected global reach has no boundaries and is currently developing different projects with various countries in South America, Russia, Indonesia, United Kingdom, and Europe.

Our most recent negotiations, although in the early stages, is related with developing relations with China and foresee this market to be our next domain.
