Source of the raw material are pine sawdust. WP produced without any chemical fixing agents under the high pressure method

Production consists of 2 lines. Total production capacity - more over 24 000 tons per year. (With start of 2013 production capacity will be raised to 48 000 tons monthly).

Geographical position: Ukraine, Zhitomirskaya region, Yemil'chyne town (350 km distance from the Ukrainian-Poland border by Kiev-Warsaw highway).

Price list (VAT is not included):

6 and 8 mm in 15 kg bags (EN plus (14961-2) A2) - 120 euro/t FCA Yemilchyno - approx 400 tons monthly.

6 and 8 mm in big bags (EN plus (14961-2) A2) - 104 euro/t FCA Yemilchyno - approx. 500 tons monthly.

6 and 8 mm in big bags (EN plus (14961-2) B) - 96 euro/t FCA Yemilchyno -approx. 500 tons monthly.

8 mm in bulk (EN plus (14961-2) B) - 105 euro/t Yemilchyno - up to 1200 tons monthly.

Payment terms: 100% prepayment or bank guarantee.

Delivery terms: EXW, FCA, DDU, DAF (Incoterms 2000)

Packaging and transportation:

-small polyethylene bags 15 kg each (thickness is 80 mkm)

-polypropylene bags 1 000 kg each (big bag).

Each wood pallet (1200*1000 mm) has 1080 kg Net for small bag (72 bags unit * 15 kg). Gross weight is 1100 kg. Carriage is carry out by automotive transport.

The full truck has 22 tones Gross as max (small bags on pallets or 22 big bags without pallets).
