PIAM Farmaceutici was founded in 1915 by E. Maragliano, who had the great foresight to use the anti-tuberculosis on a wide scale. At the time, PIAM developed its own range of medicines for lung, neurological, geriatric, cardio-vascular pathologies, as well as antibiotics.
