An off-roaded career in the health care field coupled with a young child with life threatening food allergies lead us to being tied in "knots"! In January 2011 we opened the first soft pretzel bakery in Long Island in Oceanside across from the TJ Maxx shopping center on Long Beach Rd.

We're a family owned and operated NUT FREE Bakery that specializes in philly style soft pretzels, platters, and more! We have literally put a new twist on an old favorite. Sure you can fight our lousy parking lot and come in for a single hot pretzel, but once inside you will see that we are sooo much more than that.
