Our company specializes in the manufacture of blanks for the production of die, hammer and castings tools of round (up to 10 tons), rectangular (up to 14 tons) and ring section (up to 10 tons) made of forged steel type DIN-55NiCrMo6 (1.2713) (EN-55NiCrMoV7; JIS-SKT4; ASTM-L6) and DIN-X38CrMoV5.1 (1.2343) (EN-X40CrMoV5-1; ASTM-H11). We do preliminary machinery to the required sizes with minimal allowances. Also we carry out ultra-sonic testing of the blanks, strict analysis of the structure and chemical composition, analysis of blank hardness. Time for the manufacturing of the blanks is from 10 to 30 calendar days. There are more than 400 tons of the steel of these types in stock. We undertake to conduct all procedures connected with customs clearance and delivery to a user.
