This had taken several years of gathering nutritional research and developing new processes. Quick cooking barley has a neutral taste and will absorb any spice/flavour that it is cooked in.

Quick Cooking Barley, cooks in 10 minutes, comprises the pre-cooked, whole grain hulless barley, and giving a porous outer crust. It contains no additives or preservatives, has fully gelatinized starch and may contain a nutty flavour and aroma. This product offers all of the good things we expect from barley but in a fraction of the time.
