RDS Services was founded in 2005 when CMS established the Retiree Drug Subsidy Program (RDS) and we saw an opportunity to assist organizations attain subsidy. Since then we have help many organizations across the county get substantial amounts of money through the program. Recently Health and Human Services introduced the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program (ERRP), and we have been equally successful at making sure our clients get subsidy dollars through ERRP.
