We are able to provide the project identification, the development and brokerage services of the certified emission reductions (CER's) , undertakes the development of projects under the clean development mechanism (CDM) . Initial research for bioethanol and biodiesel production projects in Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Russia.

Our services include:

* preparation of project information note (pin)

* preparation of project design document (pdd)

* obtaining host country approval

* assistance during validation process

* assistance in setting up the monitoring systems

* assistance in marketing of emission reductions

In that aspect we:

* identifying and securing mandates from companies and institutions in moldova interested to develop ghg emissions reductions projects.

* supporting project developers in preparing the necessary documentation to generate certified emission reductions.

* identifying buyers interested in purchasing all or a part of the certified emission reductions generated by the project.

* facilitating the exchange of information between the project developers (i. E. Sellers) and prospective buyers with regards to the terms and conditions of the sale and purchase cers.

* advising sellers on the best overall bid (s) for the sale and purchase of cers.

* supporting sellers in concluding an erpa with suitable buyers.
