This wine is made up of small parcels of Pinot Noir grapes sourced

from See You Later Ranch north of Okanagan Falls, and south

in the valley on the outskirts of Osoyoos. All lots were cold

soaked and fermented on skins. Toasted and untoasted oak chips

were also added to the fermentation to help lock up the colour.

Following fermentation, the lots were put into a combination of

French and American oak barrels for maturation
