Sensus Precision Die Casting was built in 1956 as a high pressure die cast facility. Our parent company, Sensus, is a global business with 41 facilities on five continents supported by nearly 4,000 people. Sensus provides high volume, pressure tight, thin wall, low porosity, aluminum die castings. We currently have 32 die cast machines ranging from 600 ton to 1400 ton in our 255,000 square foot plant located in Russellville, KY. In addition to castings Sensus offers design assistance, mold flow analysis, machining, and secondary finishing services.
