Originally founded under the name Scandinavian Building Maintenance Ltd., in June 2004 the organization successfully changed our name to SerVantage Services Corp. In June 2003, SerVantage established a branch operation in Calgary, Alberta (SerVantage Services Inc.). SerVantage Services Inc. currently cleans 1.8 million sq. ft. of downtown office space at the direction of Bentall Real Estate Services Ltd. Our group has become one of the largest in Western Canada, cleaning in excess of 12,000,000 sq. ft. daily.
