Who We Are

Shanghai XG was established in 1997 in Ningbo as a factory manufacturer of plastic injection molding and blow molding products. Our Branch office in Shanghai employs 12 full time employees and our main manufacturing factory in Ningbo currently has more than 120 skilled and experienced workers. We have serviced our clients by working hand in hand with them, helping them to develop brand new products by working over all the practical issues as well as fulfilling their sourcing needs for all kinds of products. This has led us on a path for which both the quality of our product and the quality of our service were essential for success. Our success is demonstrated in the fact that we have manufactured products by international brands such as KELLOGS, SESAME STREET, DISNEY, CAMPBELLS, NESQUIK and etc.

What We Do

XG has over 900 open items with an extensive range of household and kitchen products, as well as a large variety of products suitable for promotional gift. We work closely to develop new products with our clients through our wholly owned factory. We will also source already produced products from our network of core factories. This is to ensure that our clients pay only the most competitive prices for their products and can rely on the soundness of its quality at the same time.

Exporting goods to over 20 countries, Shanghai XG is used to complying with the stringent global standards for our products including FDA food grade, BPA / Phthalate free. Shanghai XG has developed and established long-term business relationships with many clients from the USA, Europe, Australia and Asia such as Wal-Mart, Costco, Target, etc.

Our factory facilities

1.Our current factories house a total of 15 injection molding machines from 60 T to550T capacity and 5 blow molding machines.

2.Our specialty equipment includes 10 Ultrasonic plastic welding machines, 15 sewing machines.

3.Our packaging equipment includes silk-screen printing, Heat transfer and heat sealing equipments.

4.We also acquire high frequency machinery.
