Our company has one-time extrusion molding machines, trimming and polishing machines, environmental can washing machines, three shot spraying machines, six color printing machines and varnishing machines, with flexible manufacturing technology. We can meet customers' different requirements. The whole production line adopts Siemens PLC Automatic Programming System. With automatic monitoring, we can produce aluminum monobloc aerosol cans with diameters from 35mm to 59mm. The annual production capacity is expected to reach 40,000,000 cans.
