Shorefront Consulting was started by Mark Burgess in 2008 to meet the needs of the waterfront property owner. Mark has a degree in Ocean Engineering, with over 25 years experience in design, development, and project management. Mark has over 11 years specific experience as a project manager inspecting, designing and permitting shorefront structures. These include docks and piers, rock revetments, bulkheads, coastal erosion protection, dredging, and other wetlands projects at the local, state, and federal levels for both residential and commercial properties.
