The 2017 Select Series Cabernet Franc is a standout for the vintage showcasing both elegance and depth, hallmarks of Sinegal Estate wines. Aromas of red currant, blackberry and dried rose petals are found initially, followed by hints of cedar shavings, sweet leather and mocha. On the palate flavors of black cherry, and macerated raspberries are met with hints of cocoa powder and baking spice. The ripe fruit, balanced acidity and plush tannin structure, indicate the wine will age well over the next decade and beyond.
