Sol Vida Dance! is composed of classes, workshops, and intensives for youth and adults, as well Youth and Adult Performing Ensembles. Our styles include: dances of the African and Latin Diasporas, Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Improvisation, and more.

Our Dance Program gives people the opportunity to experience dance in an urban and cultural setting that nourishes their need for personal self-expression and acceptance. Our adult classes are very welcoming, you do not have to be a dancer to take our classes, in fact isn't that the whole point?
