Somax improves sports performance with frame-by-frame high speed video motion analysis and Microfiber Reduction. After we have video of your mechanics, we first show you video of one or two of the most efficient athletes in your sport and measure their mechanics with our RSSSA (pronounced Russia) system. We then measure your mechanics so that you can see exactly where you have problems. We then video and measure your range of motion in sport-specific ranges. We then improve those ranges with Microfiber Reduction, our special program that improves flexibility far beyond what stretching alone can do.
