The construction of the door

The door leaf and frame are made of cold rolled steel 1,5 mm. width – this width is considered to be optimal in resistance to breaking-open with minimal load on hinges. The steel plate is bent many times – to provide the necessary form of the door leaf and frame

Bending construction of steel allows to make many stiffening ribs, which force the door and frame, also that system allows us to make 2 or 3 contours of seal – to avoid the penetration of cold or hot air inside the house and reduces the level of noise in 40 Dzb. Also, there are horizontal and vertical stiffening ribs inside the door leaf to make the whole construction firm and burglarproof.

Inside the door leaf there are two layers of rock wool – this is the temperature and noise insulation.

Before painting the steel is bronderized – it protects from rust. We use polymer powder paints from Italy – this is the most perennial and consistent protection, designed for outdoor use. The coating resists UF raisers, temperature swings and absolutely safe for health.

There is an eccentric installed into the door frame, which allows to regulate the adjacency of the door leaf

The hinges we use were worked out in Italy for that kind of doors. They have spheres inside, which make them more reliable. The upper hinge is adjustable, which make it possible to regulate the position of the door in the frame and avoid deflection

Decoration

A door can be decorated from one or both sides with panels, made of MDF, HDF or Wood. We use moisture resistant MDF. and cover it with a special film called “Vinorit” . Most of our decoration panels can be used outside the house . However, it’s not compulsory to order a door with decoration – it can be painted with polymer powder paint and this is the most cost-effective variant. Locks

We use locking systems of leading world companies Mottura, Kale, Mul-t-lock, Border, Securemme. And usually we install the locks of 2 types: lever lock and cylinder lock – this is done for additional security. There are also additional locking points, and deadbolts.
