Swiss Way Telecom is a division of Delta Group International, a group founded on 1984 and headquartered in Qatar. The group is involved in various range of businesses including Technology, Telecommunications, Petrol industry, Shipping Navigation, Minerals supply, Contracting and fire protection.

Technoserve was established on 1999 with focus on system integration of high-end products in the field of interactive TV solutions dedicated for the hospitality industry.

During the years, Technoserve evolved with the industry and leaped early into the IPTV fields of technology, on 2006 Technoserve developed its own IPTV products with different flavors to serve communities, hotels, hospitals, residential compounds, Gym, SPA and sport clubs.
