The company TEHNOMONT SHIPYARD PULA Ltd comprises three profit centres:

- The principal activity of the profit centre Shipyard is construction of patrol, touristic, offshore, fishing, fire-fighting and other types of vessels for worldwide markets and ship repair and reconstruction,

- The profit centre Foreign Worksites employs significant resources in major German shipyards engaging in construction of shipsections, ship pipe fitting and marine ironmongery works,

- The profit centre Solar equipment is focused on the development and production of solar panels for water heating and installation of solar heating systems.

The company TEHNOMONT Joint - stock company mainly deals with legal, financial and human resources management operations for the whole group and is engaged in the following activities:

- nautical tourism in its MARINA VERUDA with 630 berths in water and 300 berths on shore. The Marina owns its charter fleet, well equipped services for several engine makers (Honda, Yamaha, etc.), nautical shops, a fuel oil station, a restaurant and a coffee shop.

- processing of metals over the BMN company, whose primary activity is production and fitting of a wide range of steel constructions for civil engineering, the process industry, shipbuilding and food industry, as well as in tin fitting works in civil engineering.
