Tempo Sagrado has 11 refrigerated trucks, capable of maintaining temperatures up to 25º - with Carrier and Thermo King cold engines. Pole wagons are 2.70 m high and 2.50 wide.Tempo Sagrado has defined a HACCP Plan (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to guarantee the cargo temperature control through the verification of:• The security of the load transportation service: reading and register of temperature, specific food stuff charge and discharge instructions;• efficiency of cold equipment;• periodic maintenance of vehicle;• daily register of temperatures;• calibration of thermostat;• security rules;• control system.
