The Silkcraft Project is not a fixed collective, but rather a collection of traditional adaptive silk-craftmanship of Thailand.

Our craftpersons are creating fabrics coloured with all natural dyes, made from soil, plants, fruits, roots, leaves, bark and insect wax. Naturally dyed, hand-woven silk is the basis of these environmentally-friendly, chemical-free hand crafted clothing, furnishing and decorative items.

Each purchasing will contribute to the village of the Northeastern part of Thailand. The revenue will be extended to the villagers in the remoted area where hand-loom weaving is still being carried out as part of daily life.
