The Math Genie offers live, in-home direct instruction for students in grades K-12, which students access via the Internet on a computer provided by The Math Genie. The Math Genie's research-based program uses individualized instruction and mastery learning techniques to improve students' math skills. Parents get to choose their child's schedule that does not exceed 2 hours per day, 2 days per week.

The Math Genie provides pre-test and post-test assessments with instant scoring as a time-saver for educators. Based on a student's initial assessment through the pre-test, students are provided with personalized learning plans, skills practice content, and re-assessment until the student masters each specific skill in that subject.
