The Mozzarella Company has made cheese by hand in Dallas’s Deep Ellum neighborhood since 1982. We make fresh mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, queso Oaxaca, goat cheese, and aged cheeses including Deep Ellum Blue. Visit our factory store at 2944 Elm Street to buy cheese where it’s made. Send handmade Texas cheese gift boxes nationwide with free shipping. Or join a hands-on cheesemaking class, where you make fresh mozzarella and ricotta and take home everything you make. We also supply restaurants and retailers wholesale.
