Our firm came into exsistance in 1939 at Lyallpur, presently in Pakistan by the efforts of Shri Prithvi Raj who was a well known First Class Mechanical Engineer from "Punjab Engineering College, LAHORE". He was a very famous industrialist and this firm is counted in first five firms of Ludhiana(Punjab).Our firm started its operations by manufacturing Oil Mill Machinery in 1939 at Lyallpur.

After partition of INDIA, he setup his company in the name of "THE PUNJAB ENGINEERING COMPANY" at Ludhiana(INDIA). In 1960, the firm expanded its area of operation and also started manufacturing The PLANNER MACHINES. This product has met up with the requirements of the market and our firm has increased its quality and efficiency every now and then. This product is very popular in market all over INDIA and ABROAD.

In the year 1970, this firm took a major step in making INDIA a self sufficient country in "FRICTION SCREW PRESS FOR REFRACTORIES" by manufacturing it FIRST time in INDIA.Our firm supplied its first consinement of "FRICTION SCREW PRESS FOR REFRACTORIES" to one of the INDIA's leading firm "BIRLA GROUP OF INDUSTRIES" at KULTI (W.B.). Under the keen supervision and guidance "THE PUNJAB ENGINEERING COMPANY" has got a well reputition in the market.
