Sports Performance Group approaches training from a unique scientific standpoint. Unlike traditional programs, our athletes work based on the European model; training on all facets of athletic development specifically for the sports they play. Meaning, if you play Lacrosse, you will do speed, agility and strengthening exercises that make you a better lacrosse player and incorporate aspects of movement you will immediately see on the field.
Agility, strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, rhythm, and quickness are our main points of concentration. But we especially look for strengthening weaknesses.
