Mission Statement:

In the early years our firm grew and we began to add talent only to learn that our prestigious clients only wanted the best advice that was available and not those that we could afford to keep on staff. The then President, of the forerunner of TC, Richard N. Kaufman, founded the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC) in 1975, which became the vehicle to assemble the best consultants / experts for a project and advising our clients.
