Established in 1995, Tilah Seed Center (TSC) aims to produce quality rice seeds and to serve the farmers from diferent regions.

Today after fourteen (14) years of quality rice seed production they have acquired customers from all over Luzon, and some parts of Visayas and Mindanao. The Department of Agriculture plays a vital role in the said acquisition. Through Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice), more and more have become knowledgeable about Registered Seeds and Certified Seeds.
